1. INTERPRETATION
1.1 In this agreement the following meanings shall apply:
'Service' means the Web-Site Service.
'Web-Site Service' means the communication, information and entertainment service provided by us via the World Wide Web.
'Terms' means these terms and conditions.
'We', 'us' and 'our' means Seniorboys.com.
'You' means the customer we make the Contract with and includes any person who we reasonably believe is acting with the customer's authority or knowledge.

2. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
2.1 We agree to provide You with the Web-Site Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
2.2 You shall supply the text content you want on your website.
2.3 If we design your website, we reserve the right to include our web link at the bottom of each web page of your website from the date your website is published Live.
2.4 You are responsible for providing a suitable PC, modem, mobile phone and any other items of hardware or communications equipment necessary to enable You to use the Service.

The Service must not be used to :-
(a) fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence.
(b) to send, receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, in breach of any Rights or otherwise unlawful.
(c) to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
